When a character's head is resting on or against another character's belly/abdomen. This can involve a character's cheek or ear pressed against the belly, or the character reclining onto another character, so that their head is using the other's belly like a pillow.
Important Note: Not to be confused with...
- belly on head (the reversal of head_on_belly, a character's belly laying on top of another character's head)
- resting on belly (a character resting their whole body on their own, bloated belly)
