Belly slapping is mostly used by feral equines. It is a way of masturbating by repeatedly slapping their stomach with their erect penis to achieve orgasm and/or pleasure. When approaching orgasm, belly slapping will usually end by a combination of a belly slap with some pelvic thrusting. It does not always end in ejaculation.
