When a character verbally greets the viewer - you, in this case.
Greeting viewer almost always involves looking at viewer, and talking to viewer...

The language and level of politeness of the greeting doesn't matter, it can be a "Bonjour", "Hola", "こんにちは", "你好", "안녕하세요", "Salam", "Ciao", "'Sup" or even "Best regards, damsel": this tag must be used.
