4clan,is a sub category stemming from the Warriors_(cats) tag. The characters are based on the characters and culture of 4chan, with the name being a play on the fact. This both originated on Inkbunny
and the /trash/ boards of 4chan. The first design batch was published by Labbit1337 on the 25th of july, 2023. The idea quickly gained traction, with lots of fanart of the characters drawn to the point it warranted it's own tag! It was on the 30th of July that Labbit1337 showed the concepts for a game with the characters, and the community was pretty excited about this.
on November 2nd, the second batch of characters were released along with Tumbleclan and Xclan respectively. This caused another flood of 4clan fanart, and it was around this time that a few more W.I.P's for the 4clan game were released.
