When the serpent crest or the colors of Slytherin house are featured in a Harry Potter post. The colors are green and silver and are often found on clothing such as neckties, scarves, socks, and the hems of sweaters and robes, and on furnishings such as banners, rugs, and pillows.

This should not be used when a post features a character who is a member of Slytherin house (such as Draco Malfoy) but not any house colors or regalia.
