A character with fixed or retractable tentacles that comes out of one's wrist(s) either from the volar (palm side), dorsal (back side), radial zone (side wrist where the thumb side would be) or ulnar zone (side wrist where the pinky side would be). Tentacle(s) that comes out of their back hand is an acceptable term to be used.

Character that have any sort of bullwhip or tentacle like weapon on their wrist would count as well
