cum from ear

Used when a character has cum either spurting, leaking or otherwise visibly-expelling from their ear. It is often accompanied with what would be considered excessive cum, and may only be visible after sex.

If cum is present in or out of, but otherwise not being expelled from the ear, merely use cum in ear.
