cjk character

CJK character is an internationalized term for any of the characters used in the writing of the Chinese (hanzi), Japanese (kanji) and Korean (hanja) languages.

This tag should be used only when a CJK character appears in isolation. It does not apply to any instance of Chinese text, Japanese text or Korean text. Most CJK characters are written identically across two or more languages, which makes it impossible to determine their nationality in this situation.

This tag should not be used for bopomofo, kana or hangul characters.
