Use this tag when a character who appears to be female at first glance reveals itself to possess a penis, to the surprise of another character or the viewer. This can be done by either spreading their legs, turning around, undressing, etc.

Note that this tag doesn't imply gender transformation, but a sudden reveal of the character's genitals. If the reveal or sudden appearance of a penis is by either magic or transformation, use surprise_penis instead.
