Head in anus describes when a character's head is partially or wholly inserted through the anus of another character, in most cases, this means their head is inserted face first into the other character's rectum.
Head in anus may be the beginning stage of anal vore, when the character will eventually be sucked up entirely through the anus. However, head_in_anus can also apply to scenes of head insertion/deep rimming which means that the character's head is purely being used as an "oversized sex toy" to stimulate the anus/rectum, rather than that the character is being consumed through the anus — whether the insertion is visibly intentional on the part of the "inserter", that the character inserting is pushing their head into the anus or not, and if the head is removed, should be taken into consideration.
