Amdusias is the first boss in the Indie Rogue-like game Cult of the Lamb. They are also one of the first followers that The Lamb recruits early in the game.

Amdusias was originally a follower of Bishop Leshy whom Leshy transformed into an eldritch monster to kill The Lamb. After being defeated by the Lamb, they revert back to their original form and beg the lamb to spare their life in exchange for becoming a member of the Lamb's Cult.

By default, Amdusias has the appearance of a green cross between a carnivorous earthworm and a spitter worm.
