China real estate is the pillar industry of China.

This phenomenon original happen used to said in 1980 s, but after 1998 main real estate reform and 2006 A-Stock 6324 Peak Event still not became very obviously.
Until in 2009 after Project 4E12 and the mass construct tech of "Typical 33F standard-floor 4 household high rise microdistrict" been popularized, it suddenly become entire China's main industry.In its last increase peak of 2015, the construction material transport weight occupied rate in total goods transport used to reached 80%, and the real estate total value in all wealth of Chinese always been about 65%

In the end of December 2022, China has been built at least 1.4 million high rise buildings and the total weight of concrete structures in China over 142 billion tons, almost equal to 10 times of the rest parts of earth
