"On Empty" is the name of a painting commissioned by Taco Bell. It depicts a yellow, orangeish canid. The canid, presumably a coyote, has a fuel gague on it's chest. While On Empty is the painting's name, the character itself has no name, though it's name may be assumed to be On Empty as well.
