Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz is a character from the Disney animated series Phineas and Ferb and Milo Murphy's Law. He is a mad scientist who appears as the antagonist in the B-plot of the former, almost always clashing with his arch-nemesis Perry the Platypus, who tries to and often succeeds in stopping Doofenshmirtz from using his "-Inator" inventions to take over the Tri-State Area around Danville.
