flesh fang

A small, pointed protrusion from a character's lips or jaw, that is not an instance of teeth or spikes.

They are often seen in pairs, and can be on the upper or lower lip. Sometimes they are toward the front corners of the mouth, approximately where fangs would be on a canine or feline, but they can also appear in other areas of the mouth.
