A character is vored with a rope of some kind, with one end left attached to them and the other kept outside or anchored to the pred's body. It can be seen as a kind of "safety line" for the prey, since it could potentially be used to pull them out, but this tag applies regardless of whether or not it actually gets used as such, and even if the prey dies.
