Lyle the Crocodile is the name of a series of children’s books by Bernard Waber. The second book, Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile, lends its name to the 2022 live action/CGI hybrid film directed by Will Speck and Josh Gordon.

The series follows Lyle, a singing crocodile discovered in the attic of a brownstone recently moved into by the Primm family.
