Species: buddha

A buddha refers to a fully enlightened being, since there are many buddhas it specifically refers to anyone who has completely awakened from ignorance and therefore opened to his or her vast potential for wisdom. A buddha is one who has brought a final end to suffering and frustration and discovered a lasting and deathless happiness and peace.
This tag does not refer to the historical buddha Siddharta Gautama, or the more mainstream "fat buddha" Budai.
