Jaw-Lock is a courtship ritual practiced by dragons were a pair locks teeth together. Jaw-lock was first mentioned in Dragonheart: Vengeance by Siveth while trying terribly to give romantic advice to Lukas. Other then locking teeth nothing else is known about the rite. It's unknown if Jaw-lock is the dragon equivalent of kissing, acceptance of marriage proposal or a casual form of sexual foreplay.
