The act of exerting a pulling force upon a character's navel, (typically an outie navel). This may be accomplished by way of a navel piercing, in turn held by a leash or rope to aide in pulling. Often performed as a display of bondage. This results in the recieving character's navel popping while pulled, unless already everted prior to this.
