Tera Pokémon are Pokémon temporarily affected by the Terastal phenomenon (テラスタル Terastal). When terastallized, Pokémon gain a Tera jewel above their head, a glistening crystal-like glow, and change their type to their Tera Type (テラスタイプ Teras-Type). Terastallized Pokémon are identified by having "Tera" in front of their name. A Tera orb is required for Terastallization. This phenomenon is only found in the Paldea region, apparently due to the Terastal energy seeping from the ground of the region.

Tera Pokémon should be tagged as their base form, in addition to this tag.
