Hannibus is a character from the game RuneScape. He is a male ilujanka that plays important story roles. He is a green anthropomorphic lizard with many orange frills and a long tail. He has cyan and yellow scales forming patterns on his underbelly. Like all ilujanka, he doesn't have wings, but some of his back frills can resemble wings. He has a connection with many draconic creatures - being able to understand and talk to them, even though they nomally cannot communicate - like the King Black Dragon. He wields a large lance, but generally prefers not to fight. He is the father of Vindicta.

Hannibus is only briefly mentioned in Old School RuneScape, and does not appear.
