Barbie Wire is a minor character from Helluva Boss. Barbie had been previously referenced throughout the show only by name or through background photographs, but was not properly introduced until the episode "Unhappy Campers". She shares a less-than-amicable relationship with her twin brother, Blitzø. After recently being released from drug habilitation, she found employment as a heroin trafficker in the human world until I.M.P. killed her supplier, again putting her out of a job.

Barbie, like her brother, is a slim imp with red skin, a spade tail, long head, proportionally large hands, and curved horns. Her eyes are red with yellow sclera. Thin, white stripes run along her arms. There is a heart-shaped skull symbol on her forehead similar to Blitzø's, except it has been crossed out with white lines. She wears a short red and white striped dress, torn sleeveless jacket, and knee-high boots. On her right wrist is a golden watch that allows her to both freely travel between Hell and Earth and lets her transform into a human version of herself.

Unlike most imps, Barbie has access to a human disguise. In this form, she takes the appearance of a tall woman with brown hair put into two long ponytails that resemble her imp horns. Barbie's eyes stay red, but her sclera changes from yellow to white. Her clothing, along with the forehead marking, remains the same in both forms.
