Vanessa is a character created by artist Sandwich-Anomaly. She is an anthropomorphic female domestic cat with grey fur, long black hair, black eyes, whiskers, humanoid feet, a short tail, and numerous scars on her arms and legs that are covered by her fur. Her outfits vary greatly, but she typically favors comfortable clothing, lewd cosplays, or finding excuses to get naked. She has a brother named Van who looks nearly identical to her save for the masculine features.

Vanessa is a combat veteran, being a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. working for the Freedom faction. Her time in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone led to her gaining fortune and glory but also several permanent scars and injuries, including the loss of most of her tail. Like her brother, she is a sex addict who has a near constant desire to get it on with anyone and everyone. Unlike Van though, Vanessa almost always has a smile on her face and has an excitable and playful personality which sometimes borders on insanity. She has an insatiable sexual interest in her own brother which Van sometimes lets her indulge in.
