Red Hot Chili Pepper (レッド・ホット・チリ・ペッパー Reddo Hotto Chiri Peppā) is the Stand of Akira Otoishi, featured in the fourth part of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series, Diamond is Unbreakable.

Red Hot Chili Pepper appears as a short humanoid with features akin to those of dinosaurs, including a small beak, a long tail, and large, bony spikes that run down its spine. Its head bears a resemblance to that of a Pachycephalosaurus. Its abdomen is scaly, and around its waist is a ring with a loose flap hanging over the crotch, resembling a loincloth. It possesses a radiant glow from the electricity it has drawn in that slowly diminishes the longer it is away from a power source, eventually turning its body the color of rust.

After being thrown into the ocean and having all of its electricity dispersed, it breaks apart. When it reappears, it has holes in its head and is missing its left arm, two fingers on its right hand, and its entire lower half. Thin rods connected by ball joints take the place of the missing limbs except for the legs, which are entirely absent, and the waist appears as a spike connected to rods extending from the inside of Red Hot Chili Pepper's chest. His body typically consists of yellow, gold, and copper coloring.

Red Hot Chili Pepper exists in between the characteristics of a Short & Long Range Stands. It's manifestation range, physical strength, and speed is dependent on its access to electrical power sources. By directly connecting itself to the Electrical Power Grid of the Town of Morioh, Red Hot Chili Pepper can can increase its range to almost the entire city and can become stronger and faster than most close-range/power type stands like Crazy Diamond. Conversely, if Akira wanted Red Hot Chili Pepper to reach some one at sea or out in more rural areas without a lot of electrical sources, he would have to place his stand inside of a portable battery or a vehicle that has an electrical battery like a motorcycle or a toy airplane. The stand's range would then be dependent on how far the object is from Akira, and its physical strength and speed would be severely limited. Red Hot Chili Pepper also has the ability to transform object or individuals into electricity and transport them over long distances through electrical networks. Doing the this to living things usually kills them though. Red Hot Chili Pepper is vulnerable to objects and substances that disperse or fail to conduct electricity such as falling into a body of water or being imprisoned inside of a sphere made of rubber.
