S.E.R.Q.E.T is a Salazzle unlike most of her kind she actually produces a special pheremones. She is captured by Team Rocket and experimented on, eventually they turn this special pheromones into a growth pheromones. Experimented into a futa as it was originally a female that could exude strange pheromones was captured to study these pheromones is modified to use pheromones in a sexual manner as it’s turned into a breeding tool codenamed S.E.R.Q.E.T = Salazzle Enhanced for Reproduction and Quantity Enlargement Test. Eventually they manage to create pheromones that not only can cause arousal but also cause those that inhale it, including the Salazzle to grow. While the growth for those that inhale it typically is growth of the body and huge growth for endowments, S.E.R.Q.E.T can control her own growth to varying degrees. The experiments also cause her to grow to be far larger than the typical Salazzle making her typically around the size of an adult human similar to how Totem Pokemon grow to be far larger than their normal counterparts. S.E.R.Q.E.T is also highly intelligent and using it's intelligence and knowledge of its' own abilities. It escapes using it’s hormones to seduce the scientists and cause their sexual endowments to grow and cause them to have sex. Remembers the test and experiments but not the purpose, uses the codename as it’s personal name.

After escaping S.E.R.Q.E.T is challenged by a trainer who mistakenly thinks she is the Totem Pokemon, S.E.R.Q.E.T loses and out of frustration from her loss she follows the trainer around. Eventually she approaches the trainer and using her pheromones goes into a lust filled fucking. S.E.R.Q.E.T like the new trainer enough to allow herself to be captured though is told she'll only be brought out to fight rarely, a compromise that S.E.R.Q.E.T is more than okay with. Thus starts SERQET's new life with Pamela her trainer.
