Vesti Latyna is a character designed by BlitheDragon and originally owned by Spyingredfox. She is presently owned by SmashUniverse64 and is featured in his Clearwater Chronicle universe. She is a short female yellow-scaled kobold with green eyes and green sclera, long white hair, dark yellow spots on her thighs and shoulders, very thick thighs, and extremely large breasts. In much of her art she can be seen lactating thanks to her unique magical ability.

Vesti was a member of the Nature's Defenders, a group of dragons and birds who flew the skies between the remote valley between the Dragonspire Mountains on the planet of Unity. Even though she was a shy, clumsy kobold who couldn't fly and could barely keep pace with her flying friends, her place in the guild was strong thanks to her unusual magical ability: enchanted breast milk. Vesti's breasts swell up with milk every single day, and with just a few magic words this milk can be enchanted with numerous effects like healing, strength enhancement, and other less useful body augmentations. This gave her a strong reputation in the guild that got her into magic school and then eventually put into the running for the position of Queen of Drake's Landing. Despite this huge increase in status, she still remains meek and humble in most of her encounters with others.
