Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (ダーティー・ディーズ・ダン・ダート・チープ Dātī Dīzu Dan Dāto Chīpu), frequently shortened to D4C (ディー･フォー･シー Dī Fō Shī) and translated back into Japanese as Itomo Tayasuku Okonawareru Egetsunai Kōi (いともたやすく行われるえげつない行為), is the Stand of 23rd President of the United States of America Funny Valentine, featured in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 7: Steel Ball Run. It is localized as Filthy Acts at a Reasonable Price.

D4C has a humanoid form with large, upright horns that somewhat resemble the ears of a leporid; a masked mandible, and a light body lined by an almost unbroken seam or trim. It's designed after the image of leather being stitched together, like on a baseball. Under its brow, its eyes appear to emote a cold gaze.

D4C is among the most powerful Stands in the series. In its default form, it is a close-range Stand with above-average strength and speed. It is able to punch a grown man away violently or unleash a barrage of punches and chops. Its special ability is Dimensional Hop, which allows D4C to travel to and move parallel universes as it sees fit. It is capable of making it so that multiple parallel universes can exists and occupy the same space, creating temporal paradoxes as multiple mutually exclusive possibilities from each universe simultaneously occur. It can also allow its master Funny Valentine to teleport himself to parallel dimensions or somewhere else within his current dimensions while Valentine is sandwiched between to large objects. D4C also has the ability to possess the Funny Valentines of various parallel universes and overwrite the memories and personalities with that of the the original Funny Valentine of the main universe. This essentially means that Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap allows President Valentine the ability to teleport to and from parallel universes, the ability to summon clones of himself, and grants the president a form of pseudo-immortality.

Towards the end of the part, Funny Valentine receives a blessing from the Saint's Corpse (which may or may not be the actual body of Jesus Christ), absorbing the power of Lucy Steel's Stand: Ticket To Ride. This causes Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheep to evolve into D4C: Love Train. D4C: Love Train has an identical appearance to that of D4C. However it also is surrounded by a golden yellow gap or wall of light that surrounds Valentine and his Stand, creating a pocket dimension where most forces cannot directly reach him. This stand has the power of Misfortune Redirection, which makes Valentine effectively invincible, by manipulating probability in such a way that any thing unpleasant or harmful sent to Valentine is redirected as far away to some other random person in the world. The Gap can be manipulated by D4C, allowing him to levitate above the ground. D4C: Love Train also causes neutral object to move towards Valentine and reposition themselves in a way that is most favorable and advantageous to Valentine. It also causes any attempt Valentine makes to harm someone to not only be extremely successful, but to also be come improbably effective. A simple, gun wound would snake its way to a person's vitals or a light scratch would appear on a person's heart. D4C: Love Train's defenses can only be broken through by The Golden Spin.
