Toothiania is the re-imagining of the tooth fairy from The Guardians of Childhood book series and the Dreamworks Studios film Rise of the Guardians. She holds the title of Guardian of Memory, collecting the baby teeth of children and exchanging them for money as gifts. The teeth she collects contains the memory of how each child lost them and other precious childhood memories which she stores in her palace. The act of doing so allows children and even adults to recall their most precious memories when they need them most. She commands a massive army of mini-fairies to collect the millions of teeth placed under a child's pillow every night.

Toothiania has the appearance of a fair skinned human woman with a body and head completely covered in iridescent feathers, except for her face and hands. She has a set of large hummingbird-like wings that grant high-speed omni-directional flight. The wings are surprisingly sharp and can be used to cut up her enemies like swords.

She is voiced by Isla Fisher.
