Thigh jiggle describes quick, subtle wobbling or rippling motions of the thighs, typically seen on characters with thick thighs or huge thighs.
A characters thighs may jiggle while walking, jumping, or bouncing in place, thigh jiggling is also often seen when a character is twerking or shaking their butt; thigh jiggling may be a reaction to the butt (or rarely, the thighs themselves) being slapped or spanked, a character thrusting or being thrust into during sexual activities. Thighs are usually depicted as jiggling alongside the character's butt jiggling; this tag is often overlooked for the more obvious jiggling of the butt, and is undertagged in general.
In still images - as with other examples of jiggling - "echoing" curved motion lines around the character's thighs imply the wobbling movements.
