Asmodeus, aka Ozzie, is a supporting character the adult animated web series Helluva Boss. He is mentioned in episode 2: "Loo Loo Land" and debuts in part 1 of the season 1 finale episode 7: "Ozzie's.

Asmodeus is the owner of a dinner theater Ozzie's aka "The House of Asmodeus"; It is located in the heart of the Lust Ring of Hell. Is extremely popular and seemingly constantly booked, requiring reservations to be made weeks or months in advanced for anyone from any of the rings to be able to visit. Ozzie's is filled with entertainment for all kinds of lusts and sexual desires. Fizzarolli and Wally Wackford are currently employed as a host and bartender respectively. Though the latter's running gag means he will likely end up somewhere else. It is somewhat implied that Ozzie might be in a romantic relationship with Fizzarolli.

Asmodeus himself is implied to be the ruler of the Lust Ring, being given such epithets as "The Embodiment of Lust" and having his name/likeness frequently referenced in most things originating from the Lust Ring. He is also implied to be more powerful than Prince Stolas Ars Goetia as Stolas displayed great fear at the sound of his name and was powerless to stop him from humiliating him in front of all the patrons of his lounge.

Asmodeus is a large, vibrantly-colored, burly demon of a staggering posture. He has long arms and digitigrade legs, a broad upper chest and narrow waist, and a tuft of cyan rooster-like tail feathers that have three sickle tail feathers colored red, black and ivory-white.

His head is colored dark blue and has large feathers running to his chest. He has a thick mane of cyan hair, in which are two additional faces of a ram and a bull on the right and left sides, respectively, which react to what he says and can speak and sing along with him.

He has glowing neon green eyes and mouth on his main head.

He wears a navy-blue vest with two pairs of glowing white stripes on the upper half and a red undershirt with blue cuffs that have red heart-shaped cuff links. Asmodeus wears a top-hat on his primary head with red and white head feathers sticking out from its red-colored band. On his legs are jagged high-heel shoes that have red-colored tips.

When he first appears, Asmodeus wore a lined purple coat with pointed shoulder pads and collar that had a pink inner lining. The coat also contained a dark fur collar that obscures his head.

Asmodeus is very musically talented rivalling the likes of Verosika Mayday in terms of sensual singing and pole dancing. Asmodeus is also super strong, being able to easily pick up and support the weight of most smaller characters like Moxxie and Fizzarolli with one hand. He has also shown to be able to use Typhokinesis (Smoke Manipulation) to teleport, manipulate ambiance, and create illusions. It is likely that Asmodeus has a true form that remains to be seen. However, at the beginning of his debut episode, he is seen as a noticeably smaller humanoid with a much more subdued appearance. Some theorize that that is Asmodeus' normal form and the one seen for most of the episode is his true form. It is later revealed that Asmodeus is a shapeshifter who can alter his size at will. When sufficiently angered, Asmodeus' true form is similar to his normal form except bigger and his plumage transforms into neon pink and blue flames.

He is voiced by James Monroe Iglehart, who is also the voice of Verosika's Hellhound bodyguard dog Vortex.
