Soaking feet refers to a character in a relaxed posture such as sitting, or reclining while sticking one, or both feet into a liquid. Only the character's legs up to the knees should be submerged in the liquid for this tag to apply.
Other postures that involve submerged feet / legs should use related tags instead.
