When a character's cum (and future cum production) is "corrupted" such that it no longers passes his own genes. Usually used in tandem with breeding, domination, corruption, or cuckold kinks.

Example: horse sperm entering a panthers testicles, leading to him siring the horses children, rather than his own, when he returns to his wife.

Generally performed by way of cum exchange and either illustrated with a sperm cell collision cutaway, or insinuated by text. Unlike "regular" cum exchange, spermicidal takeover carries the additional implication that the effect is permanent. Note that testicle impregnation shares a lot of the same visual indicators, and the two can easily be confused.
