A double chin is a layer of fat below the chin, which creates the appearance of having multiple chins (hence, "double chin"), this be depicted with the character's chin and neck blending together, a distinct roll of fat bellow the chin, or the character having an especially round lower face and a line above the bottom implying the character's actual chin. A character with more than a "double chin" may have neck rolls.
Double chins are common on overweight, obese, and morbidly obese characters. A fat character with a double chin should not be tagged as slightly chubby.
