Countess Alcina Dimitrescu (Japanese: オルチーナ・ドミトレスク, Oruchīna Domitoresuku), better known as Lady Dimitrescu, is a fictional character in the 2021 survival horror video game Resident Evil Village, published by Capcom. One of the major antagonistic figures of Village, she is presented as a gigantic noblewoman with vampire-like traits who resides with her three daughters in Castle Dimitrescu, her stronghold within the vicinity of the titular Eastern European village encountered by protagonist Ethan Winters. Dimitrescu governs the village alongside three mutant lords under the oversight of a supreme leader known as Mother Miranda.

Following initial previews and demos of Village released by Capcom between late 2020 and early 2021, Lady Dimitrescu unexpectedly rose in popularity internationally and has become subject to a significant amount of fan-driven labor, including fan art, cosplay, memes, and erotica. Journalists and commentators took note of the trend, which began well before the release of Village on May 7, 2021, attributing the rapid surge of fan interest in the character to various aspects of her appearance and sex appeal.

As a result of the Cadou infection, Alcina was bestowed with profound regenerative capabilities, elongated retractable claws which she could extend from her fingers at will, and eternal life, which preserved her physical appearance at 44 years of age. As a side effect of her pre-existing blood disease, Alcina was thereafter forced to consume large quantities of human blood and flesh on a regular basis to maintain her condition, which caused her to grow to inhuman proportions that peaked at 9'6". For this reason, she often had to duck her head just to fit through her own castle doorways.

Alcina Dimitrescu is nine feet and six inches(274.32 centimeters) tall, with black hair, yellowish eyes, pale-white skin, and dark-red lipstick. She has a large, black wide-brimmed hat and multiple pearl necklaces around her neck. She wears a long white dress with a black flower on her left side and a pair of black gloves. She often carries around a fancy, long cigarette. Her breasts are exceptionally large, measuring at a cup-size of 53.
