SCP-4971, a.k.a., The One Who Knows Silence In The Earth is an Archon-class anomalous object.

SCP-4971 refers to a Time-Space Anomaly that currently resides within the interior of the abandoned Southwood Park Mall, located in Havensbrook Indiana. The inside of the mall has been warped into a large and seemingly endless forest area occupied by instances of humanoid entitles with inverted triangles for heads (SCP-4971-1). They are lead by SCP-4971-🔽: The One Who Knows Silence In The Earth.

The One Who Knows Silence In The Earth appears as a colossal deer/stag with a large Voxen Eye in place of a head. The Eye is more detailed than the one depicted in the Last Appeal of Biphi and also has two glowing white antler symbols floating next to it. A large pitch-black circle can be seen in the middle of Eye. It also has multiple glowing white orbs orbiting around where the neck should be, which each give off their own glowing particles as they spin.

The One Who Knows Silence In The Earth is an old and powerful deity. Its goal is to reshape the world into its image, to make it so everything resembles its forest and everyone resembles SCP-4971-1 instances. The source of SCP-4971-🔽 power is Rituals. While it originally had a specific set of rituals of dedicated worships, SCP-4971-🔽 can derive power from any kind of deliberately routine behavior occurring on the planet Earth. This includes the Special Containment Procedures that the SCP Foundation would normally use to contain a powerful anomalous entity like itself. It is for this reason that SCP-4971-🔽 is considered an Archon-class object. While The SCP Foundatin technically has the resource to contain it, It is within the best nature of the foundation to leave it be to decrease the amount of power it is collecting.
