Spooky is the titular antagonist of the horror game, Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion (formerly known as Spooky's House of Jumpscares). She is the ghost of a little girl with a mostly cartoonish appearance. Her features include: a simplistic face with pure black eyes and a mouth, pale blue skin with long grey hair, a blue sleeveless dress and a torso that ends in many ghostly tails.

Spooky is always fond of scaring people (or even murdering people on occasion) but often finds this difficult due to her adorable appearance. Despite this she also often acts friendly and polite, with a calm or even encouraging demeanor. However, this is likely only because she wishes to encourage the player to venture deeper into her mansion where the player is more likely to be scared/killed by one of the many monsters known as "specimens".
