The jack-o crouch is a reference to the character Jack-O’ Valentine from the fighting game franchise Guilty Gear. In the series, her crouch pose has her lean all the way forward from a stand at the waist. Her back arches significantly as she rests her arms on the ground, feet planted far apart with her rear high in the air. This pose is known for the hyper-flexibility needed to perform it.

Variations may be from behind, or a different angle. The Jack-o pose became a meme in August of 2021, so images from before are probably not intended to be a reference to Jack-o' Valentine, but instead is a standard ass up pose.
