Rosestrasza is a kind but loving character, she is normally seen as the loving type and extremely affectionate and protective to younger characters in a motherly like trait. Not ever having kids of her own but wanting cubs this would be why. Normally this leads to very odd settings due to her never having cubs as well as her not knowing the inner workings of how a mother should actually be.
