Describes a pulsating motion of a character's balls, typically signalling orgasm prior to, or during, ejaculation, but is sometimes generally caused by arousal. Can be most easily depicted in animation, but in still images is depicted using emanata and/or motion lines, sometimes paired with "Throb" sound effects to reinforce the motion.
