A penis with written labels, along with lines or rings on it to represent different grades. These grades rank a character's skill in performing fellatio (how deep they can throat the penis), or how deeply they can take penetration of the penis vaginally or anally (or rarely, ranks the skill of the penis' owner in penetrating).
Typically, a graded penis features low grades close to the tip and higher grades close to the base, A-F grades are frequently seen. Alternatively, or in addition to letter (or number) grades, text describing the skill of another character's ability to perform acts with the penis are writing on it. While the grades are usually just for fun, they may be depicted as part of an actual graded evaluation in a sexual school scenario or as part of school related roleplaying.
