Control Bestow Therapy, is a sub-form of Cock and Ball Torture.

The procedure consist in offering the boy a total control over his father's testicles. In order to prove he has no hostile intentions towards the boy's genitalia or masculinity, the father, or father figure, assumes a submissive role and permits any form of approach from his son towards his own genitals.
