A tankini is a type of two-piece swimsuit that combines a tank top style top, and bikini bottom. The typical tankini covers all, or most of the wearer's torso, with some variations cut to show more midriff, but not as much as the average bikini. A skin tight tankini is sports_bikini.

Not to be confused with a character wearing a tank top over top of a bikini, or a character wearing a pair of bikini bottoms with a tank top.
