Shorts which cover less than 1/4 of the thighs; the shorts garment equivalent of the miniskirt. Some minishorts may have coverage and form similar to that of a pair of panties or bikini bottoms, and show off the wearer's butt, alternatively, minishorts may resemble normal shorts, but absurdly small and skimpy.
