Species: saharan striped polecat

The Saharan striped polecat (Ictonyx libycus), also known as the African striped weasel, is a mustelid native to African along a range wrapping around the Sahara from the north, to the west, and along the south through the Sahal. They are frequently confused with the similar-looking striped polecat. If threatened, they are capable of spraying like a skunk.

They should not be mistaken for either skunks or any felids.
