Rudolph "Rudy" Holiday is an NPC in Deltarune, appearing as a minor character in Chapters 1, 2 and 4. He is a reindeer-like monster with brown fur, a brown nose, a thin mustache, and a goatee. His face is narrow, with a head of black hair, and he has a pair of antlers atop his head. He is the husband of town mayor Carol, and father to two daughters, December (a.k.a. "Dess", whose whereabouts are unknown) and Noelle. He normally lives in the northwest of Hometown in a large house behind a locked gate, next door to the Dreemurr residence. However, he is currently checked in at the local hospital, suffering from an unknown disease. Accordingly, he is usually seen bedridden there, wearing a white sleeveless hospital gown.

A jovial and lighthearted person, Rudy is lively and talkative despite his medical condition. He is close with and protective of his daughter and likes playing video games with her. He does not like Berdly, often calling him "Nerdly" and - perhaps not facetiously - threatening to throw something at him through the hospital window.
