Rudolph "Rudy" Holiday is an NPC in Deltarune, appearing as a minor character in both Chapters 1 and 2. He is a reindeer-like monster with brown fur, a brown nose, a thin mustache, and a goatee. His face is narrow, with a head of black hair, and he has a pair of antlers atop his head. He has only ever been seen wearing a white sleeveless hospital gown. He lives in the northwest of Hometown with his daughter Noelle, and his wife, the town's mayor. His home is inaccessible behind a locked gate. He is currently hospitalized, suffering from an unknown disease.

A jovial and lighthearted person, Rudy is lively and talkative despite his medical condition. He is close with and protective of his daughter and likes playing video games with her. He does not like Berdly, often calling him "Nerdly" and - perhaps not facetiously - threatening to throw something at him through the hospital window.
