For anthro and humanoid characters, this usually means the character's head is closer to the ground than their feet.

Not to be confused with:

• bent_over - When only part (usually the top-half of a humanoid) character is upside-down
• ass_up - They're just on their front, not upside down. If their legs are raised in the air it becomes legs_above_head, not ass_up.
