Images or animations containing an anatomical error of depicting a penis that appears to be attached the wrong way, or is otherwise meant to be portrayed as being upside down. This is generally made evident through the penis tip or urethra of a character or characters.

Not to be confused with penis_backwards, which is a penis that is pointing the other way below their crotch by being held in place using a hand or against a solid surface.
