Breasts that are actually objects shoved into a character's clothing, or stuck to their chest; the "breasts" are generally round and usually squishy objects like balloons, balls, fruits, etc. Alternatively, fake breasts can be created by shaped cups in a costume covering the chest. Fake breasts are sometimes seen when a character is crossdressing, and can be a part of a character expressing breast envy.
