An impossibly large penis in proportion to the body size of its owner, to the point of absurdity. Contrast with huge penis, which is also impossibly large but still looks plausible.

Generally, a penis qualifies as hyper if its erect length is at least 2/3 (67%) of its owner's height/length, and/or its erect circumference is at least thicker than its owner's chest width between the armpits. This size category includes all penises larger than these proportions because hyper is the largest tagging measurement. For the purposes of furry porn, assume erect penises are 2× longer and 1.25× thicker than flaccid penises.

As a quick rule of thumb for humanoids and anthros, the penis should be so large that the character could easily lick it without bending (if erect).

For hemipenes, combine both halves to measure total penis circumference.

Not to be confused with:

• hyper_balls - Remember to evaluate each part on its own. Hyper penis doesn't automatically mean that the balls are also hyper.
